Outbound Sales Representative — European Markets

We're hiring outbound sales reps to call Irish and Dutch SMBs about their card processing fees. Your job is to identify businesses paying too much, request their statement, and warm-hand them to our analysis team. Reps who do this well earn substantially above-market income within their first six months.

What you'll do

  • Make outbound calls to small and mid-sized businesses across Ireland, the Netherlands, and Benelux
  • Open conversations about card processing fees using our trained statement-analysis pitch
  • Qualify merchant volume, current provider, and contract status
  • Request a recent processing statement and warm-hand to our analysis team
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in HubSpot, log every call, follow proven cadences
  • Receive daily coaching on call recordings — and improve every week

What we're looking for

  • Native or near-native English. Neutral accent strongly preferred — you'll be calling UK and Irish English speakers daily
  • Six months minimum of phone-based sales experience (B2B preferred, B2C accepted)
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
  • USB headset and a working laptop or desktop
  • Ability to work UK business hours consistently
  • Coachable, curious, and resilient under rejection

We publish what we pay. The compensation below reflects total monthly earnings for representative rep performance bands within the first 12 months.

Numbers above show total monthly earnings (base + commission). Base salary is paid in full from week one and continues regardless of commission. Commission is uncapped and paid monthly on every merchant successfully placed and boarded onto a partner platform. Performance review at month 6 determines continued employment for bottom-tier reps.
